I was very curious about finding the issue with Plugin code becose it works fine in dev crm server.Once i started digging in to the issue , the crm service url that is used to call web service API is wrong .Then started searching in the google for solution and came its the issue with MS CRM itself have to apply Rollup 2 to resolve issue.

Note Do not specify http:// or the port number.

  7. Locate the LocalSdkPort key at the same location. Verify that the port that is listed matches the port that is being used for the CRM Web site.
