Caching in SSIS 2008

I was working on SSIS 2008 to integrate Orcale data with MS CRM.The Orcale DB is third party system and they very lazzy to do any filtering on the Data sent to us via ftp.Everyday will receive .CSV file from the third party to our ftp.My task is to process .csv file and import data to MS CRM.Third party not at all willing to give only new and updated records from his system because it invoves wrirting some script to filter data. But i dont want to process all records in .csv file rather want to process only new and updated records. For this situation i have done some ground work on SSIS Cacheing. The cache functionality of ssis 2008 is great and provides flexibility the way you want to cache like full cache, parial, and no cache.
I achived my goal using the full cache and cache connection where it allows as to use either in-memory or file cache. As in-memory needs lot memory if file size is huge.So better to go with file cache.
