As we know the CRM product key is valid , this error made us to think about our production environment crm as well.

The cause behind the above issue is the Microsoft CRM Asynchronous Processing Service was not  running.

So just starting the Asyn service resolved all the issue.

    Hello,
I have this problem now with MS CRM 2011.
ReStarting the mentioned Service did not help.
Trying to renew the Keys manually be entering at the commandline
    Microsoft.Crm.Tools.WRPCKeyRenewal.exe /R
    did not help either.

    Any other ideas?
    Thank you
    Andreas
